With our 60 employees, we describe ourselves as a small but nice family enterprise. Our staff appreciates the short distances and open doors offered to them at Rhein-Getriebe. We appreciate their high sense of responsibility and their distinct community spirit.

The route of a special gear leads from development through production to delivery, passing through many hands in our company. The requirements to our employees are very high not only on the part of the customers. A successfully completed training is just as important to us as the continuing professional development that we plan and introduce in coordination with them.
