What we exactly do

As one of the leading medium-sized manufacturers in the field of transmission engineering, in recent decades we were able to acquire an extensive technological development know-how, especially in the manufacturing of worm gears and gear combinations. The most important areas of application of our special gears include medical, textile and transport engineering as well as fire protection. By continually expanding our own research and development expertise in cooperation with the Research Association for Power Transmission Engineering (FVA), the Ruhr University of Bochum and the Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences, we are always able to make innovative improvements on existing products and processes.

Our solution approach

Step 1: Investigation & definition
The goals and wishes of our customers – and their customers – form the starting point of our cooperation: structuring the key issues and defining the operating conditions.

Step 2: Design & prototype
In constant coordination with the customer, our design team performs CAD programming and presentation. If the design is agreed, the prototype is created.

Step 3: Production & logistics
Large-scale manufacturing process after approval by the customer. Production of gears consisting of up to 80 components on CNC machines with the latest manufacturing technology, on partly specially developed machine tools and using precise manual assembly. Testing process in coordination with the customer following the production.
